Jape ladoos

These laddus are made by mixing wheat flour, desi ghee, betel nut, asparagus, kamarkas gum, lodhra, lajvanti, nutmeg, mace, saunth satwa, boora, almonds, melon giri and makhana, etc.

Benefit

These laddus are given to the woman after delivery. They can be used for approximately 40 days before delivery. Those who deliver due to surgery or complications are not given these laddus. These are consumed only after the surgery stitches are cured because they are heated in the effect, which is likely to affect the stitches. Use them only with the guidance of an experienced woman or Ayurvedic expert.

The quantity

Use of these laddus with hot milk is beneficial. Do not take cold things for one hour after eating them. Do not use any other food items along with these laddus for special benefits. Keep in mind that women should use them according to their digestive power. Do not keep these laddus in the refrigerator and keep them in contact with air and take care that they do not get water.
